Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you should avoid giving milk and milk based products. you can offer soy milk , almond milk as substitute of cow's milk. you can give fruits ,nuts , etc as they are good source of calcium and protine.
