Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided inyt excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be benefifcial in management of the weight .

Hi Periods can come any time after delivery it is not necessary that you will get it immediately after delivery sometimes you can skip your periods for six months to 1 year also and that’s considered completely normal so don’t worry about that part and about your weight that you can reduce down once you quit breastfeeding completely
