#asktheexperts hi my is 6yrs old now she was very fat before age 1 after her that she became very thin but she active n fine but sometimes she tell leg pain and without knowledge I was giving her honey before age 1 I m worried and scared is der any harm pls advice

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. no harm from honey, give her well balanced diet. You can give relief by doing massage legs with mustard oil . gi e 2 to 3 serving of dairy on daily basis, that can be growing pains.
