#asktheexperts Hi, my daughter will be 6 months old on 15 of March so I want to start her foods - what should I start with intially any suggestions would be greatful! Thank you

A. Dear mum, after completing 6 months, you can initially start with food like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
