Q.

#asktheexperts hi my daughter is one now, she walks with support of wall, sofa etc.. what exercises should I give her so that she can learn to walk independently. Should I be worried as she has not yet walked independently yet?

A. there is no need to worry and the child will learn by itself just make it baby friendly so that when the child is walking or attempting to walk the child should not get him or her hurt walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to just continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk
