Hi my daughter is having severe cough from last 10 days. I have given all the prescribed medicines to her but still she is coughing and now runny nose has also started.
My previous doctor advised me to give fexofenadine hydrochloride suspension & azithromycin oral suspension ip.
So can I give these two to her will they help in coughing and running nose?

if your doctor has prescribed this medicine than go ahead can administer this medicine but
it is not advisable to use any medicines without medical consultation because theyd have got side effects. 
it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that. 
how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor.
so kindly avoid self medication

hello we can just put saline drop and use instant rub from babyhug along with the medicine that you are already giving which is advised by a doctor and soon the child will be all fine and nothing to worry and any problem you can reach with your doctor again
