ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids start to loose their milk teeth by 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth don't fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
