#asktheexperts hi…my daughter is going to turn 6 in a month. She still hasn’t lost any of her milk teeth. Is that an issue?

A. Hi kids start to loose their milk teeth by 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth don't fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
