#asktheexperts hi..my daughter is 7 months old..had viral fever 5 days back..although she has recovered but she still has her nose blocked. I give her nasal spray but the flem is still there. please advice

A. yes you can use nasal saline drops. apply baby rub on her chest back and bottom of feet for instant relief. .avoid cold winds and cold climates all the best
