#asktheexperts hi , my daughter is 4month old she has blood streaks and mucus in her poop. I am attaching her report. Please let me Know what could be the possible reason? Note- her poop was yellow color since her early days, yet it is yellow color. She is completely on breastfeeding.

A. kindly follow up with your doctor if the baby is breast fee check if you introduced something new in mother's diet like egg etc maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water
