POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Take ¼-1/2 teaspoon of Shatavari powder. Take it with milk or honey twice a day after taking lunch and dinner. Repeat this on a regular basis to improve breast milk production.
