#asktheexperts Hi my child is around 3 years old and she is not having food properly like vegetables, fruits, non veg she always says no.

A. hi. just make eating time intresting n enjoyable. ear with him. i keep on offering give child verity of food.. abd encourage to ear, but do not force feed
