#asktheexperts hi, my child is 4 months old , we took him to the beach yesterday . with all the precautions . we were there for only an hour . he turned a bit red as it was hot , but later in the day and evening he was fine . my question is can I give him oil massage and hot water bath today ? as I was thinking since it's hot weather , and also he visited beach , if it ok to give hot water bath . please suggest

A. Hello my dear parent! Since it is hot at your place, it is important to give bath so that your child will feel fresh. Maybe you can try using lukewarm water. Also, if you’re still concerned, maybe you can just do a little sponging at least.
