#asktheexperts Hi my baby is 7m old , can we give finger foods now. when is the right time to introduce egg and meat. Can we give egg as plain omelete as finger food. what are the risks of choking while giving finger foods

Finger fruits you can give now of course if your child is comfortable not an issue second when you talk about non-veg egg yellow can be given from the age of 10 months and chicken and fish from the age of 11 months when you talk about red meat that should be given after the age of 2 1/2 three years because it’s very heavy to chew and digest
