#asktheexperts Hi, my baby is 3 months old and her mother has not being her milk. so which milk should I prefer most the kind of lactogine or cow milk?

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Mother has to take galact granules, 1 scoop Two times a day with milk
Mother has to latch baby properly with comfortable position .
Mother shd take plenty of liquid, jaggery, Fenugreek, asoeftida so that milk production can be increased.
may give formula milk, cow milk is allergic to baby

Hi Cows milk is not recommended to be given to the child is the age of 12 months the age of 13 when only you can give it to the child as of now you go ahead with any formula feeding that you want to go with if you want to continue with lactogen that is also very good option
