Avoid cold winds, direct AC/fan winds, avoid dust (don't broom your floor in front of her rather mop it), clean the mattress with vaccum cleaner 3 times a week, cover her head, hand and toe, check for allergic symptoms, avoid foods that are cold in nature, give her honey-tulsi in the morning, give her half tea spoon ginger juice in the evening, always feed her warm foods, use normal water (should not be hot or cold), check her tonsils; if you can notice some soar or consult a doctor. I have personally done all these things for one of my children and it significantly helps reduce such things.
