#asktheexperts Hi my baby is 10 months old and she has finger sucking habits and she gets teeths while sucking fingers she chew her finger byte finger herself what should I do there is any solution for this?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom this occurs with babies , especially when they are in their teething phase , you may use teethers , you also have special teething toys as well , give cooling things to chew and eat so cucumber , beet root carrot

Teething could be happening with your child and which is why due to irritation and itching into the gum your child maybe behaving like this kindly check the gums of the child massage gently with a soft and a wet cloth which is what is going to be beneficial and also you can introduce of teether to your child
