Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturbd the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem. rule out constipationd which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent!! Let the child be awake from 4pm in the evening and tire out by self and sleep by 8 or 9 pm. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Just ensure that your baby sleeps well all through the night even during the seasonal changes and other issues. Good luck and take care.
