#asktheexperts hi..my baby is 1.5 months old...I m trying my best to breastfeed my baby...but not getting sufficient milk...she always b hungry even after 2 hours of feeding...I have introduced formula milk.. what's your suggestion

Namaste Mom, When exclusively breast feeding it is always advisable to feed on demand as the quality and quantity of the feed keeps on varying you can massage your breast after every feed, and also include the following such as garlic,nuts and dals, nuts and seeds , flax seeds, milk, paniri jera , ajwain or saunf water , green leafy vegetables

Shatavari a powder you can take three times in the day it’s an amazing lactation supplement that I am suggesting you to take for your child which is going to be helpful along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should try to breastfeed the child along with formula that you are giving any over the period do you get enough feeding then you should try to give more of your feeding over formula
