Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as thde eyes may appear yellow.
you have to meet the doctor for evaluation of the jaundice.
normal simple jaundice will go away on its otwn with only breastfeeding but if it is more your doctor will advise phototherafpy.
the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away.

let doctor examine baby and guide you accordingly.
