#asktheexperts hi my 3 years old kid is suffering from cold and cough..getting cough very worse..doctor suggested intecope syrup daily once for 2 weeks is it okay or shall I use any other

A. Hello mom. Can you please tell us the components of the syrup that you have mentioned in the question. Your child will need a nice cough syrup and a good antihistamine medication

A. hello doctor syrup name is intecope( montelukast & levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup).

A. If you have completed your two weeks dosage and if the child is still not become better then in that case you should consult your doctor medicine maybe changed after that because then we have to go for a further investigation to figure out what maybe the problem with your child and accordingly they can change the medication for the child
