Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: keep your child Hydrated dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room apply Himalaya prickly heat powder or apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it. keep that area clean and dry maintain good hygiene
