Is it a natural colour complexion or there is some another problem like tanning has happened or something because if it’s a tan then he can apply a mix of white bread and raw milk leave it over there for five or 10 minutes and gently scrub this will help and also can rub raw potato because the juice is also going to be helpful and reducing the tan
