#asktheexperts Hi mam, my daughter's legs are paining for past few days..she is 6 yr old..not sure the exact reason

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. yes, she is super active in day time. gymnasium n dance is her regular activities other than regular school activities..can I add something/food in her daily routine that help her to strengthen.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pxain.
it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be lzimb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
