#asktheexperts Hi madam, as my son keep on feeding to my son, I'm having breast pain for both sides...so I'm unable to feed him .pls suggest me what to do

A. this is problem with latching do latch properly give hot fomentation of breast. Mother has to take galact granules, 1 scoop Two times a day with milk Mother has to latch baby properly with comfortable position . Mother shd take plenty of liquid, jaggery, Fenugreek, asoeftida so that milk production can be increased.

A. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast to avoid push and pull while breastfeeding. Try warm compress on the paining area. Check if your baby is having latching issues. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
