I have always given him a balanced diet including cereals, dal, veggies, fruits, fresh yoghurt. He was potty trained too when he was 9 months. but few months back he started holding back his poop due to urge of playing and poops in the diaper only. He started doing this on a continuous basis . When I make him search on the potty he stops making effort. And now when he wants to poop on the diaper, his poop has become so dry, thik and hard that he is unable to let it out. One day while trying to poop, he started bleeding. We took him to the doctor where he was prescribed medicines. But scrapping off diary from his diet has been really tough, he demands for milk and yoghurt everyday

formula milk.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Hi If your doctor has advised you not to go for dairy products and you ask your doctor only if they can advise you some better mail to go for and rather than going for cows milk probably you can go for tone pasteurised milk because that way to lighter for a child to digest
