#asktheexperts hi ma'am... my baby is 18 months old now and he is having just 6 teeth... kindly tell me why they are coming this much slow

A. Your baby's first molars start to come in between 13 and 19 months. All of your baby's primary teeth will gradually come in until they have a full set in place by age 3. This typically includes 10 top teeth and 10 bottom teeth.
