#asktheexperts Hi Kanika. I wanted to know how can I introduce chicken and eggs to my infant. Also he has 2 small teeth not fully erupted. Is this when one should start finger foods? Or baby led weaning? I’m worried.

A. Hi yes you can start with semi-solid food items, finger fruits and mashed boiled eggs soon after the eruption of first milk teeth. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
