Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Start with brisk walking for atleast 45 mins daily, cut on confectionery and fast food and salt y packed food.. excercise daily, play with your baby, be happy and this is how you stay fit.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil.
