#asktheexperts Hi, I would like to know on the supplements to be given to a 3 year old for giving nutrition if not through food especially for increasing height.

Ma’am I’m afraid nutrition supplements cannot be given to the child without doctors advice because the doctor has to first check is your child genuinely low on any nutrient or any supplement in the body accordingly they can suggest you and trust me nothing can beat the food food has to be a part of the diet for good growth and height
