#asktheexperts hi.. I'm 31 years old. when i check my cholesterol level the report shows LDL is 161 and HDL is 31. Do I need to take a tablet for this level of cholesterol?

A. Mam your doctor is going to tell you whether should you be taking a tablet or not and which ones is meant to be taken during this time any other dietary alteration which would be recommended to be done so please check with your doctor regarding that

Hello Recently my full body checkup was done and I have found that my cholesterol is very high. total cholesterol 266mg/dl, HDL 81mg/dl, LDL 190mg/dl I have gained around 7 kg weight after delivery in 3 month because of the ghee rich food and less activity.
