#asktheexperts Hi , I have given birth to twin babies, I am getting very low milk ,even it is not enough for one baby can you please suggest for better milk production. now they are 5 weeks old Thank you.

A. take atleast 4 lit water and I can take galaxy powder with milk.before taking it ask your gynecologist

A. You can consult your doctor for formula milk and in the mean time you can have sabu milk curd palak methi which will increase your breast milk

A. If you're not producing enough milk for both babies, it's fine to breastfeed one and formula feed the other at one feeding and then switch off at the next. Try Aptamil Gold Stage 1 Formula milk It has prebiotics and HMO that are also close to the mothers milk and helps boost immunity of babies....you can take advice of your doctor...

A. hello you can be having lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and also if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
