#asktheexperts Hi..I have 5 year old boy.. every night he's biting or grinding his teeth while sleeping when his nose get blocked..please suggest is it harms to his teeth or any dangerous sign..Thanks in advance

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 5 m old boy6 days agoA. hello for blocked nose put nasal drops or use instant rub from babyhug is effective n grinding teeth can be due to habit n may slowly distract the child can help
