#asktheexperts Hi... I am a mother of twin baby boys... Both of them were in NICU for 48 days... And once they were back home i was not able to pump milk regularly... My doubt is if i restart pumping will milk gets secreted and can you please let me know the foods that are helpful for milk secretion.

A. No there is no surety for that also you can try if you want to if it helps the nothing like it but there is no assurance for that and since you did not feed your child for such a long time maybe it is for going to be very difficult year if you take some lactation supplements and go ahead with increasing the amount of liquid in your daily diet
