RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 month agoA. Thermophob ointment you can apply which would be a very good option for you to use but prior to that keep an ice cube on that area or cold path which will help in reducing the swelling gradually and you could easily do it 3 to 4 times in the day
