#asktheexperts Hi, I am 1 year and 7th month old baby boy mother, my question is i have been suffering from severe back pain since deleivery, i did not took rest after deleivery and i get tired of working soon after deleievry, so give me the solution of these problems, thank you

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. it is very common after delivery there can be there so you have to do some physiotherapy for this and also have a proper diet and can take help of a physiotherapist
