ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 weeks agoA. yes such periodic fever will be there. you should give pcm drops if temp records above 100 f. give lots of breast milk. if no improvement. after three days do consult your doctor

It is the nature of the fever to keep repeating every 3 to 5 hours which is why you are suggested to give medicine every six hours if the child is in good maximum within the time of 72 hours of continuous medicine then you need to see your doctor for further assistance
