#asktheexperts hi from past couple of days my babies feeding demand increased but my breastmilk is not sufficient for time being I am giving formula as well..how can I increase my milk supp??

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care
