#asktheexperts Hi Dr , my baby is 8months old for today , I wanted to start a formula milk, as during evening I feel my breastmilk is not sufficient. can you please advise nice formula milk powder to start for my baby . I have started semi solid like ragi and home made cerlac powder.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yoh can give nan pro or Lactogen stage 2 formula. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
