#asktheexperts hi dr I am having sore and cracked nipple. Because of that I am not able to breastfeed. I am 2month pp. please help how I can have relief.

Applying warm coconut oil or ghee to the nipple area at regular intervals would be helpful as such
you can also at times use a nipple shield as well
