#asktheexperts hi dr I am having sore and cracked nipple. Because of that I am not able to breastfeed. I am 2month pp. please help how I can have relief.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Namaste Mom Applying warm coconut oil or ghee to the nipple area at regular intervals would be helpful as such you can also at times use a nipple shield as well
