#asktheexperts Hi Doctors My twins are in 7 month at Present I am giving them formula milk,cerelac and cerelac made at home by rice,moong dal and urad dal in little quantity. is this sufficient or should I have to give them any fruit and can I give them smashed rice with dal and little ghee. kindly suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. only cerelac is not sufficient, do offer fruit and vegetable puree, lentil soup, add ghee, dry fruit n nit powder in porridge. and continue with formula milk feeding on demand
