#asktheexperts Hi Doctor. Yesterday my daughter was very active playing all day no issues at all. but during night she got fever. what could have been the issue??? I m tensed

A. dear parents Most of the cases are viral in nature. you can give her SYP crocin for fever and give her lots of rest if no improvement after three days do visit your doctor
