No if the child is sleeping at a stretch for 10 to 12 hours that means your child is comfortable with the food and feed that you have provided before going to the sleep so there is no need to give anything it’s a good thing that the child has already learn to sleep for 10 to 12 hours at a stretch which is absolutely fine
