due to iron deficiency as well as nutritional deficiency children place dirty things in the oral cavixty as well as they may lick soil or they may lick the walls.
they may place footwears in their oral cavity.
meet your doctor because iron supplements needs to be started and gixve food rich in iron

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to calcium deficiency and it would be better to check with your doctor and also make sure to give your child calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet and your doctor will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe
