#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, My kid 3.7 yrs old is having tonsillitis and the doctor advised for removal of tonsillitis through medical procedure. My concern is whether this is safe? Whether it can be treated with medicine?

ExpertDr Sonali KadeliPaediatrician3 days agoA. Yes, if doctor has recommended it then go for it. If not , when they have repeated infection, needs treatment. It’s based on clinical judgment
