Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Baby should weight around 5 to 8 kg at 4 month of age. Exclusive Brestfeeding should be done till 6 months of age. All the nutritional requirements of the baby are met by the breastmilk. Take care and happy parenting.
