Q.

#asktheexperts Hi Doctor! my daughter is 7 months old now. She is suffering from a severe cough and had a fever some days back. Her pee has been reduced very much ever since she got a fever. What should I do now to increase her pee?

A. If your little one is interested in solids, foods such as cereal, bananas and mashed potatoes can help provide fluids. Babies older than six months old may be given sips of water throughout the day. However, it's important to offer primarily breastmilk or formula.
