Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. c for any disturbance as well as hunger which is causing problem for the child
sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. You Have to keep your child away through the day this way and make your child sleep early in night that’s what is going to work because that’s a very bad schedule I understand it must be so hammering for you if your child is awake through the day then try to exhaust your child channelise the energy of the child that is what is going to work
