#asktheexperts Hi doctor, my baby is having too much of reflux wat needs to be done could be pls tell hw much wgt gain should be max per month birth wgt is 2.6kg she's now 5.1kg

A. gastroesophageal reflux disease also known as g e r d is very common problem in small children less than 6 months of age and it does not have any permanent treatment and the problem decreases with increasing age of the child and the important thing is that you have to keep the child in upright peosition for more duration for which gerd chairs are available and at the same time you have to continue and tested medicines given by the doctor.d reflux is very common cause of recurrent cough cold as well as not gaining weight in infants.

A. Bonnisan five jobs can be given to the child as of now you can go ahead with giving it to the child maximum four times in a day this is going to be very helpful in reducing down this issue apart from that if required you can talk to your doctor about it
