#asktheexperts Hi doctor, my baby is 9 months now and the doctor suggested using cerelac because of vomiting and motions as she is unable to digest homemade cerelac. But we are afraid to use cerelac as most of the cerelac's contain 24gms of sugar. could you suggest what is the best cerelac to use or any other alternatives.

A. yoh may give any good cerelac Or other healthy hoñe made ba y food.. like curd rice, lentil soup, rice kanji, ragi malt.. certain fruits.. n breast feed on demand.
