A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks andd is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some timess it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. hi if it is on some uneven shape and not increasing it should be pitrysis alaba which is normal it alright by own just give Healthy diet keep your child well hydrated keep his skin well moisturised using any good brand lotion like Sebamed lotion maintain good hygiene
